Saxon Skips – Midi Waste Bag Information Sheet

Thank you for choosing Saxon Skips, please take a moment to read the important information below to ensure safe and efficient use of your skip bag.

What you can put in your skip bag:

• Light General Waste
• Household Items
• Light DIY waste
• Garden/Green Waste
• Up to 5 black bags of tiles

What must not go in the skip bag:

• No soil, rubble, bricks or heavy construction waste.
• No plasterboard
• No corrosives, chemicals, glue, filler or paint (full or empty containers)
• Gas cylinders
• Tyres
• Hazardous waste
• Medical Waste including sharps or contaminated waste
• Carpet/Carpet Tiles
• Rubber

All bags must only be filled to level; waste must not exceed the top edge of the bag. This may incur additional costs or refusal to remove the bag.
If you have large items such as sofas, white goods, baths or showers these can be booked for collection separately at the same time at an additional cost.

Collection Terms:

• Once purchased, you have up to 6 months to fill your skip bag at your leisure and contact us to book the collection.
• Collection must be pre-booked, contact us to arrange a convenient date however you don’t need to be present at collection.
• Bags must be placed on private land, no more than 4 metres from the road.
• Please ensure there is access for our collection vehicle.
